Rules
1. This is a game for adults. There will be mature themes throughout game play. Therefore, it is for ages 17 and up only.

2. In Character Actions = In Character Consequences. If you do not wish your character to be in trouble, do not do something that would put them in such trouble. Remember, this is a game about fear and a society being strangled with strict rules. If you go out after curfew, you may get arrested, shot or worse. Do not complain if it happens, you have been warned!

3. In Character, however, does NOT = Out Of Character. On the other hand, we are all nice, friendly, wonderful, understanding people out of character. In a game such as this one where there are clearly evil, dark characters, and we are dealing with very touchy subjects, please remember these are just people's CHARACTERS. Just because someone choses to play a Nazi does not mean they are one OOCly. Do NOT let the IC/OOC character lines blur. If this becomes an issue, you will be removed from the game.

4. Do not power play or godmode other characters. This is logical, but in case it needs explained, here it goes. You can post taking the action of hitting another character. You CANNOT post their head jerking back, the blood flying from their nose and their character going unconscious unless they have previously given permission. Control your own character. Not theirs. This includes their actions and their thoughts. You cannot tell another character what to think in your post.

5. If you have a problem, take it to the mods. No fighting among yourselves. No bitching each other out OOCly. If there is truly a problem, please bring it up to the mods and we will do what we were meant to do -- Moderate!

6. 1 post a week at least. Be it a scene, a character journal or a letter to a loved one, please show us some sign of life at least once a week! Since this is not a game with canon-characters, you cannot lose your character for being inactive, but you will not be actively included in plots if you cannot keep to posting at least once a week.

7. The Thule Conspiracy. Somewhere, in your application, put 'The Thule Conspiracy' so we know you've read the rules.

8. Thread Headings. Threads should be labeled as such:

Who:
When:
Where:
Summary:
Complete/Incomplete:
Rating:

And then placed behind a cut tag to save us from the spam on our front pages. You are welcome to put up to a one paragraph teaser before the cut tag, however!

9. Journals, letters and radio conversations.Since this game does not take place in an era of technology where electronic journals would exist, we are doing things just a BIT differently. You can post writing in a journal like a regular journal. You can post letters to another character and they can reply back in hand written letters using comments. As the resistance and different parties establish their separate radio bands, they will be able to have private conversations over the radio – these conversations can be posted in the journals through comments also.

10. Threads and AIM Logs. For actual role play, you can post threads or AIM logs. Please put both behind cut tags, however, and indicate whether they are completed or not.
